241 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Finance when work will commence on the refurbishment or relocation to new premises of the Rathfarnham station where gardaí have been working in appalling and completely unacceptable conditions for many years. [23055/00]

Refurbishment works to the Garda station in Rathfarnham are in progress and are expected to be completed by year end.
