372 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will indicate, for each Dáil constituency, the number of people who are, by virtue of their United Kingdom citizenship, eligible to vote in Dáil Éireann elections in addition to European and local elections but who do not vote in either referenda or Presidential elections; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
