469 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will provide a timeframe for the implementation of the principles contained in the White Paper on adult education and, in particular, the establishment of the structures to facilitate adult education; and if he will make a statement on the matter. (Dr. Woods): The programme of change and development set out in the White Paper will be implemented, on a phased basis, in the light of the resources made available in the context of the national development plan and the annual Estimates for public service provisions.
