335 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive his cattle headage and suckler cow premium for 2000. [24445/00]

The 2000 area aid application for the person named has been fully processed with no outstanding errors, and the area for payment purposes has been determined at 24.26 hectares. Any payments due will issue as soon as possible.

337 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive his cattle and sheep headage for 2000. [24447/00]

The 2000 area aid application for the person named has been fully processed with no outstanding errors, and the area for payment purposes has been determined at 46.53 hectares. Any payments due will issue as soon as possible.

Cecilia Keaveney

Question:

338 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the current position with regard to REPS payments for the past years 1997, 1998 and 1999 for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24448/00]

The person named was paid for the first four years of participation in REPS on an eligible area of 24.680 hectares. The eligibility of an additional eight hectares approximately of grazing rights for payment in his second, third and fourth years is currently being examined. My Department will be in touch directly with the applicant as soon as this examination has been completed.

The person named has recently submitted a further application for participation in supplementary measure A in which the grazing rights referred to are eligible for inclusion. Payment in respect of this application should issue within the next ten days.
