584 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Health and Children the total number of public nursing home beds and of private nursing home beds serving the catchment areas of northside hospitals, namely Beaumont, Dublin 9, The Mater, Dublin 1 and Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 and also the catchment areas of the southside hospitals, namely St. Vincents, Dublin 4, St James, Dublin 8 and Tallaght, Dublin 24; and the number of the public nursing home beds closed to use due to nursing shortages or for other reasons in respect of each.
