685 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will arrange to have a contribution approved towards the cost of a group sewerage scheme (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in view of the submission made to his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has no record of the submission referred to. Responsibility for grant aiding group water and sewerage schemes has been devolved to local authorities under the rural water programme.
