793 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when the report of the working group on the coroner's service will be put before Government; and when the recommendations in the report will be implemented. [24366/00]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue):

I will be bringing the report of the working group on the review of the coroner's service to Government shortly. A decision on the recommendations in the report will be made by the Government as quickly as possible.
