829 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a strike at the Cork Institute of Technology is delaying the publication of results for apprentice electricians (phase 4); that this delay is causing enormous inconvenience and financial difficulties for the students involved; and the steps he will take to resolve this problem. This matter, which has been the subject of negotiations with the TUI over the past months, has been resolved. An agreement has been reached between my Department and the TUI whereby all phase 4 assessment results will now be released.
