I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a post 1959 transmission and release of mortgage which was lodged on 31 May 2000.
I am further informed that a query issued to the applicant's solicitor on 13 September 2000 and the application cannot proceed until a satisfactory reply has been lodged.
