Freedom of Information (Amendment) Bill, 2000: First Stage.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Freedom of Information Act, 1997, in relation to the status under and for the purposes of that Act of certain advices of the Attorney General, and to provide for related matters.
