106 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when title documents will be available from the Land Registry Office for a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim following the purchase of a site. [26104/00]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to an application for conversion of title and charge which was lodged on 4 July 2000. The application was lodged on behalf of the second person named by the Deputy and there is no application in relation to this folio relating to the first person named by the Deputy.
I am further informed that the application is receiving attention, but that it is not possible at this stage to estimate a completion date.
