208 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will have arrangements made to have copies of all documentation lodged in his Department made available to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny under the farm modernisation scheme. [27606/00]

The documentation relating to the person named under the farm modernisation scheme cannot be located at present within my Department. Efforts are being made to locate the documentation and, if located, copies of documentation lodged will be issued to the person named.
