I am delighted we have reached this point on this Bill. I thank the Minister, Deputy Walsh, for his comprehension on Committee Stage. We have substantially improved this Bill since it was first presented.
Further to the amendment the Minister accepted on Committee Stage to section 2, subsections (4) and (5) of that section now seem largely redundant. However, since they are redundant, I have no objection to their remaining in the Bill.
