Burke asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the reason for delay in forwarding the results of his Department's review of the REP scheme; if he is reviewing a case (details supplied); if so, when his review of the case will be concluded; and when a reply will be issued. Officials of my Department met the person concerned on Friday 1 December 2000. He was told that his case would be fully reviewed and that a decision would issue within 15 working days. The decision will be communicated directly to the person concerned.
