I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the United Nations International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, done at New York on the 21st day of December 1965, and the terms of the amendments to Article 8 of the Convention, adopted on 15th day of January 1992 by the State Parties to the Convention at their Fourteenth Meeting and endorsed under Article 23 of the Convention on the 16th day of December 1992 by the UN General Assembly at its Forty-seventh Session by Resolution 47-111, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 6th December, 2000.
