375 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the reasons a person (details supplied) in County Kerry is not in receipt of full early farm retirement pension, following the withdrawal of old age non-contributory pension from her husband (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. A full pension under the early retirement scheme is being restored to the person named with effect from 29 September 2000, the date when the State pension was withdrawn from her husband. Payment, including arrears, will issue this month.
