396 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will instruct the Land Commission to expedite the completion of a vesting order of a particular division of land for lodgement in the Land Registry office. [1556/01]
The person named has been allotted plot 7 and vesting has been completed. The documents necessary for registration have been lodged in the Land Registry Office. Plot 15 is a disused graveyard and the person named has confirmed to my Department's inspector that he no longer has an interest in acquiring it.
