735 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Health and Children the policy of the Southern Health Board with regard to appointments and promotions of staff in the maintenance area; and if each position is advertised externally, internally or both. [2448/01]
Recruitment of staff and personnel-related matters of the type raised by the Deputy are a matter for the employing agency, in this case the Southern Health Board. I have referred the matter to the chief executive officer of the Southern Health Board for direct reply to the Deputy.
