842 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will approve a proposal which is currently before him from Roscommon County Council to fund the installation of a feeder main from Fairymount to Loughglynn in County Roscommon to augment the Ballinlough Springs; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1980/01]

This scheme is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2000-02 to advance through planning. I approved the contract drawings and specifications, and Roscommon County Council's proposals to bring the scheme to construction, last November.
