844 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if a revised refurbishment plan has been received in his Department from Westmeath County Council concerning improvement works for Ennell Court, Mullingar, County Westmeath; the current progress on this refurbishment; and when works are likely to commence. [2027/01]

Proposals for refurbishment of dwellings at this estate were approved in principle under my Department's remedial works scheme in November last. The planning and implementation of the project is a matter for the local authority.
