A total of 518,208 hits were recorded on the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform's website during the last quarter of 2000.
Figures are not available for the first three quarters of 2000. However, extrapolating from the figures for the last quarter, the total number of hits for the website for 2000 were approximately 2,075,000.
The Department's website is currently being redesigned and will be relaunched shortly. This will facilitate the compilation of hit rate metrics.
