Question:

1267 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will intervene on behalf of a person, details supplied, and ensure that she is offered a place on the college campus in the University of Limerick, from September 2001 in view of her medical condition and taking into consideration the medical evidence submitted; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2107/01]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 1266 and 1267 together.

I understand from inquiries made with the university that these questions concern the provision of on-campus student accommodation. Such issues are a matter for the university concerned and I am not in a position to intervene in any individual case.
