100 Mr. M. Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if an additional milk quota will be allocated to a person (details supplied) in County Cork from the various schemes for allocating additional quota. [2628/01]

I understand the person in question has submitted an application for additional quota to the milk quota appeals tribunal and his case will be considered as soon as possible. The person named will be notified of the outcome of his application.
