105 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Finance the number and proportion of higher executive officers in his Department who progressed to assistant principal in each year from 1988 to 1997; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2429/01]
Attached is a schedule which outlines the numbers of higher executive officers who were promoted to assistant principal in the years 1988 to 1997 inclusive. Separate figures are given for those officers promoted within my Department and those who went to other Departments on promotion. The figures for the number of officers eligible for promotion are those at 15 November of the year preceding the year in which the promotions were made.
