I propose to take Questions Nos. 51 and 137 together.
As announced by the Chief Whip on 25 January, 2001, the Government Legislation Programme indicates that the Courts and Court Officers Bill will be published in this session. The scope of the Bill is wide-ranging and it is the nature of such Bills that they tend to increase in scope and size during the course of being drafted. That has been the experience with this Bill also. However, I can assure the Deputies that the Bill is now very close to being finalised for publication.
