125 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if she will publish the report of the consultants on the application by RTE for a £50 increase in the licence fee; when she will make a decision on the application; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I have recently received the report of consultants, PricewaterhouseCoopers re RTE's application for an increase in the TV licence fee. It is being carefully examined by officials of my Department. My proposals will be brought to Government at the earliest possible date. I have no plans at present to publish the report.
