I propose to take Questions Nos. 27, 39 and 51 together.

I refer the Deputies to the replies to Questions Nos. 130 and 131 on 1 February 2001. I have recently received the report of consultants PricewaterhouseCoopers in respect of RTE's application for an increase in the TV licence fee. I have no plans at present to publish its report. The report is being examined by officials of my Department and I will bring my proposals to Government for a decision in due course, as is the custom in these matters.
