Question:

90 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will ensure that subvention payments being made to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary are correct and based on his income only; if an increase in subvention is due to this person; if this increase should be back dated; and if the maximum amount of subvention will be paid. [5027/01]

The provision of health services in the Thurles area is a matter for the South Eastern Health Board. I have asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate this case and respond to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
