I move the following Financial Resolutions:
"That provision be made in the Act giving effect to the Resolution to provide for a new scheme of savings referred to in that Act as special savings incentive accounts".
"That provision be made in the Act giving effect to this Resolution to further amend section 79 of the Stamp Duties Consolidation Act, 1999 (No. 31 of 1999), to strengthen the anti-avoidance measures".
