241 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 116 of 6 March 2001, he will take steps to have the cards for female animals in the herd immediately restored in view of the information supplied; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
