417 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the reason he has not cleared the new scheme of letting priorities submitted by Fingal County Council in 2000; and if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the delay in his approval has meant the housing allocation list has not been drawn up since October 2000. My approval of the Fingal County Council revised scheme of letting priorities was conveyed to the council on 5 March 2001.
