419 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he received a proposed new scheme of letting priorities from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council; and when he will respond to the council concerning the scheme. [7679/01]

Minister of State at the Department of the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Molloy):

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council submitted a revised scheme of letting priorities for my approval in January 2001. A meeting was held recently between my Department and the local authority to discuss the revised scheme and a decision on the matter will be made shortly.
