514 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when persons (details supplied) will be informed of the decision in regard to their application for residency; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7490/01]

I expect to be in a position to reach a decision on this application in the very near future and will advise the Deputy of the outcome.
