Vol. 532 No. 4

Written Answers. - Residency Permits.

Question:

545 Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a resident's permit will be issued to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 24; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7902/01]

The persons concerned applied for permission to remain in the State as the parents of an Irish born child in November 2000. Applications of this nature are dealt with in chronological order and on this basis it is likely to be several months before these applications are processed.
