Question:133 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) in County Mayo could be refunded £20 paid to the Land Registry office. [8346/01]
Written Answers. - Refund of Fees.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for a copy map which was lodged on 21 February 2001.
I am further informed that copy maps issued to the lodging solicitors on 15 March 2001 and that arrangements have been made to refund the excess fee.
