171 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will ensure that an application for registration is immediately processed for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9195/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transmission on death which was lodged on 21 August 2000.
I am further informed that queries issued to the lodging solicitors on 17 February 2001 and the application cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved.
However, on receipt of a satisfactory reply, and subject to no further queries arising, the application will be finalised as soon as possible.
