176 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will make a statement on delays of nine moths within the Land Registry in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11; and if he will expedite this matter. [9305/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the persons mentioned by the Deputy are the registered owners of Folio DN46469F.
I am further informed that a judgment mortgage against the registered owners was registered on 12 March 1993. Land Registry number 1993DN05249 refers.
I am also informed that no application for the release of the judgment is lodged at present and no other applications are pending on the Folio.
