113 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health and Children the proposals he has to provide speech and language therapy for a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; if he will provide professional instruction for the parents so that they can assist their daughter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the provision of services to persons with an intellectual disability in the Waterford region is the responsibility of the South Eastern Health Board in the first instance, I have forwarded the inquiry to the chief executive officer of the board for investigation and direct reply to the Deputy.
