128 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, in view of the need for accommodation by the Wicklow Town Kilmartin Arts Centre and the suitability of the old Garda barracks in Wicklow town, he will declare this building surplus to requirements so that it may be used by this group. I have been informed by the Garda authorities that the old Garda barracks in Wicklow Town is not surplus to requirements.
