Vol. 533 No. 6

Written Answers. - Rail Services.

Austin Currie

Question:

137 Mr. Currie asked the Minister for Public Enterprise the reason the upgraded Arrow service from Maynooth to Connolly Station did not commence as promised on 2 January 2001; and when the service will commence. [9572/01]

I understand from Iarnród Éireann that the introduction of an upgraded Arrow service between Maynooth and Connolly Station has been delayed pending the resolution of certain industrial relations issues. These issues will be the subject of a full Labour Court hearing on 12 April 2001.
