Question:144 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Public Enterprise whether there are any restrictions in place on the termination of conditions that may be granted to those employed by Córas Iompair Éireann before vesting day. [9823/01]
Written Answers. - CIE Employment Conditions.
Section 14 of the Transport (Re-organisation of Córas Iompair Éireann) Act, 1986, governs the conditions of service of staff of CIE who were employees prior to the vesting day. The application of such provisions is a matter of the day to day responsibility of CIE.
