191 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Finance if he will give a report regarding the procurement process in relation to the new Garda station at Kilmacthomas, County Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9692/01]
A site at the former railway station at Kilmacthomas was identified as being suitable for the development of a new Garda station. Negotiations were entered into and a purchase price agreed. It is expected that the legal formalities in this case will be completed at an early date.
