Question:323 Mr. Fleming asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will list, on a local authority by local authority basis, in respect of the certification procedures for residential development under the 2000 town renewal scheme, (i) the number of sites covered by the scheme, (ii) the number of applications for certificates of consistency, (iii) the number of certificates of consistency issued, (iv) the number of preliminary certificates issued, (v) the number of applications for certificates of reasonable cost, (vi) the number of certificates of reasonable cost issued, (vii) the number of applications for certificates of compliance and (viii) the number of certificates of compliance issued; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
