329 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Social, Community and Family Affairs when the Occupational Pensions Bill will be published and brought before Dáil Éireann to provide a legislative framework to deal with the transfer of preserved benefits from privately funded to unfunded schemes in the public sector.
