387 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to a land registry application for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9787/01]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue):

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part which was lodged on 24 July 2000.

The application is in the final stages of completion and is expected to be finalised in the next couple of weeks.
