205 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Education and Science if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 377 of 6 March 2001, he will make a statement on progress made since that reply having regard to the clarification that was sought from the Labour Relations Commission. [9362/01]

Since contacting the Labour Relations Commission my Department has also written to the union concerned seeking further details regarding the cases involved. When this material has been received the matter can be considered further.
