I move:
That, in any Act of the present session to make provision in relation to ACC Bank public limited company, including increasing the authorised share capital of it, the issue of shares in the bank in connection with an employee share ownership trust for the benefit of employees, the disposal by the Minister for Finance of shares in it and provision in relation to certain guarantees of its borrowing, to provide for the repeal of the ACC Bank Acts, 1978 to 1999, and the provisions of certain other enactments and the revocation of certain statutory instruments and to provide for related matters, it is expedient to make provision for the repeal of sections 37, 47, 256, 607 and 838 of the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997 (No. 39 of 1997) in so far as those sections apply to ACC Bank public limited company.
