Vol. 534 No. 4

Written Answers - Health Services.

Willie Penrose

Question:

140 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will take steps to have a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath immediately admitted to Tallaght Hospital, Dublin 24; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10932/01]

Responsibility for the provision of health services to persons living in County Westmeath rests with the Midland Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the Chief Executive Officer of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
