I am informed by the Regis trar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part which was lodged on 23 March 2001. I am further informed that this application is dependent on another application for a transfer of part. Dealing Nos. D2001SM001947M and D1998SM002483D refer. Dealing No. D1998SM002483D must be brought to a satisfactory conclusion before Dealing No. D2001SM001947M can proceed.
I can inform the Deputy that, subject to no queries arising, the case should be completed in 12 weeks.

I am informed by the Registry of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part and three discharges which was lodged on 7 November 2000.
Queries were issued to the lodging solicitors on 12 December 2000 and reminders were issued on 31 January 2001 and 7 April 2001. The application cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved. The matter will be dealt with as soon as possible on receipt of a satisfactory reply.
