216 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation the total amount of money paid by his Department, including payment in respect of Ministers of State, in respect of public relations consultancy work undertaken by private sector public relations consultancy firms each year for the years 1998, 1999 and 2000. The amount of money paid by my Department, including payments in respect of Ministers of State for public relations consultancy work to private public relations consultancy firms for the years 1998, 1999 and 2000 is £75,279, £38,953 and £72,641, respectively.
